Mykonian Chef started by and was named after our co-founder Nikos Sideris, who is a well-experienced Private Chef born and raised in Mykonos island. Growing up on a traditional farm owned by his great-grandparents, Chef Nikos learned to love and respect the Greek land and its unlimited treasures from a really young age.
Knowing all the secrets of the local products and how to use them, he quickly became passionate about the rich tradition and culinary history of his beloved island.
His professional life as a cook started almost twenty years ago, and since then he has gained valuable experience by working in restaurants and hotels in Greece, UK and Australia, as well as traveling the world for gastronomy seminars, gathering knowledge and inspiration from various food cultures and cuisines.
Thanks to the farm-to-table logic he learned by growing up in the family farm and to the deep knowledge he has gained while working as a professional chef, he knows more than anyone how to pick the freshest of locally sourced, seasonal best-quality ingredients and raw materials that will introduce you to the most authentic and delicious side of Mykonos.
During the summers, our Mykonian Chef and his professional team offer high-quality tailor-made services to eclectic travelers from all over the world; from grocery shopping and villa pre-stocking to private cooking, bar services and special events catering, and from bespoke fine dining experiences design to cooking classes.
