Nikos Sideris is our Mykonian Chef; the co-founder and main Private Chef that our company is named after.
Born and raised in Maou, a small village on Mykonos island, where his great-grandparents owned a traditional farm, Chef Nikos grew up cultivating a deep love and respect towards the Greek land and its unlimited treasures.
Knowing all the secrets of the local products and how to use them from a really young age, he quickly became passionate about the rich tradition and culinary history of his beloved island. His professional life as a cook started almost twenty years ago, and since then he has gained valuable experience by working in restaurants and hotels in Greece, UK and Australia, as well as traveling the world for gastronomy seminars, gathering knowledge and inspiration from various food cultures and cuisines.
Mykonian Chef was established in 2022 and operates in Mykonos and Athens, aiming to craft one-of-a-kind culinary experiences in a place which is not just his beloved hometown, but also one of the world’s favorite summer destinations.
Therefore, now every summer season finds Chef Nikos making the best out of his deep knowledge and experience in order to create sustainable menus with seasonal local ingredients processed with international techniques.
Following the farm-to-table logic he learned in the early years of his life in the family farm, he knows where to get you the freshest of locally sourced, best-quality ingredients and raw materials of the season and create unique dishes for you and your loved ones.
From our first year, we have already had guests from all over the world; from eclectic travelers who either want to taste high-end dishes from the Greek culinary tradition or a fine dining experience in their private villa, to families who wish to enjoy delicious meals during their stay in the island, as well as those who are looking for catering and bar services for their special events, such as weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries etc.
Our main goal is to offer services tailor-made for the needs and the preferences of each guest, making their stay as tasteful as it gets. To present clients with the best meal plan according to each specific occasion, Chef Nikos and his team are always available to meet and discuss everything, in order to compose a completely individualized menu.
